At Poezen Studio, we strive to provide high-quality dog wear that fits your pet perfectly. Due to the varying skin types, hair conditions, and natural scent of pets, we do not accept returns based on fit, comfort, or smell after the product has been used.

We will only accept returns under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Size: If you received a different size than what was ordered.
• Incorrect Color: If the color of the item differs from what you selected.
• Incorrect Model/Type: If the wrong product model or type was sent in error.

If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

All return requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, and items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
